Roles and responsibilities
Will be responsible for the overall data management plan for testing
Will be responsible for implementing the data management plan for QA, SIT and Pre-Prod environments
Will be responsible for educating and enabling the Feature teams to manage their own data
Will document all of the above
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for your data domain
Ensure the accuracy of information as used across the testing environment
Direct Data Quality activities
Review and Approve Test Master Data Management approach, outcomes, and activities
Work with other Data Owners to resolve data issues and dissonance
Second-level review for issues identified Testers
Provide input to the Engineering CoE on software solutions, policies or Regulatory Requirements that impact their data domain
Data extraction and masking
Reporting status of daily data health checks
Responsible for data defect triage

Desired Skills and Experience
Has Proven experience setting up data management for large multi-environment programs
Has proven experience setting up automated data backup and restoration
Has proven experience with data preparation (for migration, testing, DR)
Has proven experience with data masking technologies and solutions
Has worked with data on testing programs before
Has proven Automation experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Analytical skills
Excellent understanding of data scrubbing, data consistency and validity
