Job description :

Manage and Co-ordinate the Test and deployment COE and ensure effective, consistent and efficient testing and deployment across the feature teams delivering against the program
Ensure the “new” Testing & Deployment Competency (Both CoE and in the Feature Teams) meets its deadlines and delivers on the expectation
Work with the other CoEs to ensure cohesion and removal of any obstacles or blockers
Hold CoE leads and FT Product managers accountable to meeting their testing obligations
Report to the “Green Team” and the Product hub on the efficacy of the testing & Deployment program

Strong Practical experience leading an Agile or DevOps based testing and Deployment division
Excellent stakeholder relationship management
Excellent communication Skills
Excellent management skills
Excellent understanding of DevOps and Agile principles and paradigms
Excellent Understanding of Measuring performance in an Agile and DevOps environment

Proven Systems thinking experience
Experienced in resource forecasting and allocation, status reporting, risk and issue management
